PARK OR COMMUNITY CENTER RESERVATION REQUESTS CAN BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.

Reservation requests must be made at least 30 days in advance for use of any City facility or park area. A Facility Use Permit guarantees that no other events or individuals will be allowed to reserve the area you have secured. You will be notified via email when your reservation request has been reviewed and/or approved by City Staff.

When submitting a reservation request, please make sure you select an Event Type, provide a brief Event Description, and enter the Maximum # of Guests. You will then be provided with a list of available facilities for your event.

Please note that the estimate for your reservation request is PRELIMINARY (no payment is required). You will be contacted within three (3) business days after submitting your reservation request. A fee estimate and any additional event requirements will be provided at that time. A Reservation is not considered valid until a Facility Use Permit has been issued.

You can view facility calendars, lists of amenities and facility hours. If available, sports fields may only be requested for a one day event - multiple day requests are not accepted at this time. All City facilities are closed and unavailable for permitting on major holidays.
