The Howell Area Parks and Recreation is pleased to offer a new and convenient way to register for activities.The Recreation Authority is now operating under three tier system. City of Howell and Oceola/Tier 1, Marion and Genoa/Tier 2, all other townships/Tier 3. There will be a small conveniece fee added to all registrations when registering online. This fee goes directly to Active.com as administrative fees for credit card usage.
