Reservations for our facilities are subject to department approval. You are responsible for the clean up and condition of the facility after your event. Please Note: You will be notified when your permit request has been approved. Once approved, we request you remit payment online. Log into your account and select Pay on Account!

To request or reserve a facility, login with your username and password. Search by area, type, location, or amenity. Please Note: Pavilions are rented in AM and PM blocks. AM hours are from 8:00am - 2:00pm. PM hours are from 3:00pm - Dark. Hours from 2:00pm - 3:00pm are reserved for Pavilion maintenance, although you may choose to reserve the facility(s) for the entire day.
